Folklore Culinary, founded by Chef Alon Ezra, offers private chef services including private meals, catering and event services, yacht provisioning and meal delivery service in South Florida. With an artistic approach to creating custom menus and culinary delights, from in-home services to events of up to 150, Folklore Culinary only uses the highest-quality ingredients to deliver a seamless and personal experience through food.
ABOUT CHEF ALON EZRA: Chef Alon Ezra of Folklore Culinary, his personal, private chef services company based in South Florida, brings close to two decades of culinary experience and a passion for food rooted in global inspiration directly to clients. Officially trained in Australia, Chef Ezra has spent time in kitchens around the world as Head Chef, including Moulin Noir European Bistro in Melbourne and David Inter-Continental Hotel Tel Aviv. After moving to Florida to continue his career, Chef Ezra served as Food and Beverage Director for Wyndham Hotel Group in Orlando and Food Director and Executive Chef at SAGE Dining Services in Miami before opening Folklore Culinary in 2016.
Chef Ezra specializes in personally working with clients to create memorable meals and occasions with the art of food at the center. From intimate gatherings to corporate events, he uses his international expertise to build menus and experiences that awaken the senses and bring people together through the power of food. In addition, Chef Ezra is trained in Kosher cooking and traditions and is a certified nutritionist. Offering a diverse and unique experience, Chef Ezra and Folklore Culinary provides clients with the following core services:
Private Chef Services: Individual menu creation to fit all culinary and dietary needs. In-home cooking services as well as meal drop-offs are available, as well as full meal service for breakfast, lunch and dinner or intimate home gatherings and celebrations.
Yacht Provisioning: Custom menus and preparations for a day, week or more on the water. Chef Ezra is available for Chef services on-board or to collaborate with Chefs as needed to best fit client needs.
Drop-Off Catering: Chef Ezra works with clients to build meals for drop off, providing well-portioned, delicious and healthy options on an ongoing basis. Meals are available with minimum 24-hour notice and delivered directly and safely to clients’ doorstep.
Full-Service and Corporate Catering: For events with up to 150 attendees, Chef Ezra can create memorable experiences for business events, residential community gatherings and all special, personal occasions.
Meal Plans: Development of daily meal plans and services for the entire family, including children, to alleviate stress in the kitchen and provide balanced and delicious meals at home.
